Information used by this service
Remodelers UK processes account details, authentication cookies, images and prompts you submit, generated results, credit balances, purchase records, and enquiries to operate the service and respond to your requests. Website payments are handled by Stripe; the planner does not receive full payment card details.
Your projects and enquiries
Planner drafts are stored in your browser. When you choose Save to account, project information is also stored with your account. Enquiry details are stored in our private CodeHub support system. Save the private enquiry link to read and reply to messages. Anyone with that link can access the enquiry.
Providers and requests
Hosting, network, image processing, payment, and support providers process information needed to provide these functions. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, use the contact form and identify the account or enquiry concerned. Do not include passwords or full card details.
