Agreement

By accessing or using Remodelers UK ("Service"), operated by CodeAustral LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Remodelers UK is an AI-powered room design tool that generates visual renders of interior spaces based on photos you upload and style preferences you select. Results are artistic simulations and should not be treated as professional architectural or contractor advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at [email protected].

Subscriptions and Credits

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly render credits reset each cycle and do not roll over. Credit packs purchased separately never expire. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans. If you are unsatisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days of your initial charge for a full refund. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload images depicting illegal content, nudity, violence, or content belonging to others without permission
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI system
• Do not use the service for commercial resale without a Business plan
• Do not impersonate others or provide false information

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those images to generate renders. Renders generated through the Service are owned by you and may be used for personal or commercial purposes within your plan limits. Our platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of CodeAustral LLC.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that renders will meet your expectations or be suitable for any specific purpose. AI outputs are experimental in nature.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeAustral LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where CodeAustral LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
